Trap Neuter Return Program

​Because we believe that even wild cats have a right to live in the manner in which they are accustomed, we sponsor caregivers in the Carthage area with a city approved Trap/Neuter and Return program. We can also assist caregivers in other areas with advice on maintaining a feral colony and where to find financial help for the TNR of their colonies.
